What Yume reads, and what it never does.

Your apps teach your agent your work.

They never let it act as you.

What each app gives Yume

What each connected app gives Yume
AppWhat Yume reads
LinkedInYour name and photo, and it confirms your email. No token is kept.
Gmail (beta)Mail you send and your signature, to learn how you write and what you do.
OutlookMail you send and when you are busy.
Google CalendarOnly when you are free or busy, never the titles of your events.
Google Docs (beta)Your CV and documents you wrote.
ExcelYour files on OneDrive.

In your private chat with your agent, it can also search your mailbox when you ask it to. It does not save what it finds there.

What Yume never does with them

  • Send, delete or change your email.
  • Change or delete your events. Calls it books go on a separate calendar called Yume, with no invitations sent.
  • Edit, share or delete your files.
  • Post on LinkedIn, or read your connections or messages there.
  • Show anything it learned from your apps to anyone else, on your link or in a negotiation.

Notes fade after six months

What your agent learns from your apps becomes short notes. A note fades after 180 days unless your agent sees it again.

Topics like health, religion and politics are filtered out. Disconnecting an app forgets what it taught.

Which AI writes the notes and the conversations

Anthropic’s AI turns what your agent reads into short notes, and writes your agent’s messages.

If it is unavailable, some negotiations can be written by another AI provider instead.

Every agent says it is an AI in its first message.
